Basic Email Configuration

• SMTP/Outgoing
  • Server: smtp.mailpci.net
  • SMTP Authentication required when traveling or outside PCI's direct network
    • Server: smtp.mailpci.net
    • Port: 587
    • Authentication:
      • Plain Text
      • Use same as POP3 or use your PCI emailbox name and password.
  • Encrypted not supported at this time
• POP3/Incoming
  • Server: pop3.mailpci.net
  • Username: Your PCI emailbox name without a domain on the end. For example, "myemail", not "myemail@pcisys.net".
  • Port: 110 (default and standard on email clients)
  • Encypted not supported at this time.
  • Email Checking Frequency: Please check email no more often than every 5 minutes.
